Todd M. Harper was nominated to serve on the NCUA Board on February 6, 2019. The U.S. Senate confirmed him on March 14, 2019, and he was sworn in as a member of the NCUA Board on April 8, 2019. President Joseph R. Biden, Jr., designated him as the NCUA’s twelfth Chairman on January 20, 2021. On June 8, 2022, the U.S. Senate by a vote of 59 to 40 confirmed Mr. Harper to be a Member of the NCUA Board for a term expiring on April 10, 2027.
